Let's face it, booking appointments is not rocket science. Well, at least the last time I checked it wasn't.
The way I book my appointments is a little bit different that at other spas. Since I am the only aesthetician I have an extra 15 minutes booked with every appointment (this allows for extra time if someone is running late, allows me to make any sales and most importantly it allows me to clean up and set up for my next appointment!) So, if you are booked in with me for a pedicure at 9:00, which takes an hour, your appointment goes to 10:00 and my next appointment will be booked at 10:15. Does that make sense?
So why are my appointment constantly booked incorrectly?????
A manicure and pedicure appointment cannot be done in 45minutes!
Phone numbers need to be taken down! What if I am sick, my car breaks down..... these people would need to be contacted. How are you going to do that if you don't take down their number?
As far as I know an RMT (registered massage therapist) does NOT do waxing. So why are you booking my waxing appointments with my only coworker, who is an RMT?
When you just write down someones last name and no other information how am I supposed to know what they are booked for? And how do I contact them to find out .....if. you. do. not. take. down. their. number.???
Am I asking to much of these poor girls who work reception?
They complain that there is not really enough work for them to do during their shift. So......Why all the problems?
ARGH!!!!!
